This informal but comprehensive site meeting is where we discuss and determine your ‘scope of work’ and take you through the full design and build process in detail, answering all of your questions and queries.
Our priority is to empower you with the confidence to transform your property into a beautifully stylish home that will work for you, your family & friends. Ultimately giving you the much needed space, and design you want and need.
From initial concept design (for planning permission/permitted development) through to detailed Interior design and space planning, plus building regulation compliances and the renovation or build phase - we explain it all.
After our meeting, we’ll send your project report and proposal, which outlines the design process to start you off on firm foundations. With your personalised report and proposal, you’ll know where to start and do things right from the beginning.

first step:
Our pre meeting homework is to:
Locate your existing floor plans of your home online or of a similar neighbouring property.
2. Confirm whether your project may fall under planning permission/ permitted development/ prior notification.
3. Assess the best possible design ideas for you.

Second step:
At our meeting we set aside up to 2 hours to survey your home and the intended area of redesign. We view your home to determine the existing condition of the building prior to making any structural changes.

Third STEP:
Assess the best possible design ideas for you and discuss your estimated budgets and expectations, as well as ways to add maximum potential value to your property through well thoughtout design.

fourth STEP:
Explain the formalities required such as planning permission, permitted development, structural calculations, building regulations, party wall etc.

fifth STEP:
Explain the Design and Build Process in a sequential logical manner from research, preparation, and planning through to demolition, construction and the quality level and design of the Interior design.

sixth STEP:
Discuss preliminary requirements prior to the commencement of works such as occupancy, site security and safety, community welfare (neighbours) etc.

After our meeting we draft your personalised report which outlines how the design process works when working with our team, budgetary allowances, our process for working with clients, your next steps ensuring things are done for you correctly from the start.

Once we all agree we’re a good fit and you’ve accepted our proposal, you’ll be invited (by invitation only) to access our Bespoke Design Services.
